Returns

All items may be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Should an item be returned unfit for resale at the original cost Play Wooden reserves the right to only offer a partial refund. The cost of post and packaging will be at your own expense and only the value of the item(s) will be refunded.

Should you wish to make an exchange you will need to pay any outstanding balance for difference in cost of products plus any additional postage incurred before the replacement item will be sent. Please do not send any returns without first contacting Play Wooden at oluwa@playwooden.co.uk or call us directly on 07522410945.

Faults and Damages

Should an item arrived damaged or not function as intended then please get in touch with us to discuss the issue within 7 days of receipt, oluwa@playwooden.co.uk or call us directly on 07522410945. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or issue and in the case of damage include photographs of the packaging that the item arrived in as well. Play Wooden will either arrange with you to send a replacement or issue a full refund provided the required evidence is valid.

Handmade and Natural Products

Play Wooden products are handmade from natural, recycled, materials. As such, each product is unique and will differ slightly from those featured on our website. Play Wooden will not accept returns under faulty grounds simply due to discontent with any natural imperfections unless they effect the functionality.
